Shipping Policy

We ship within Canada and to the US. All orders are shipped via Canada Post or local couriers.  Please allow 2 to 3 business days, for us to process and ship your order as we process orders Monday to Friday.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email when your order is processed. Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received. In the event of unsuccessful delivery, we will contact you to provide the option of reshipment. The original shipping fee is not refundable. If a tracking number is not sent within 9 business days, contact us via email.

 La Boutique Bare-ly Dressed is not responsible for any stolen packages. Courier company holds full responsibility once the package is shipped out from La Boutique Bare-ly Dressed.

 Customers are advised to file a loss/damage claim directly through the courier. La Boutique Bare-ly Dressed will give all the necessary information needed to facilitate the claim.  However, no refund or exchange will be given until the investigation is complete and the claim has been issued and reimbursed.

 Local Pickup

Pick up your order from our location by appointment ONLY.

 You will require a piece of valid photo government ID at the time of pickup that matches the name on the order. If you cannot collect the order yourself, you may send someone as long as they bring the pick-up confirmation email and a piece of valid government ID.
