Return Policy

10-day return policy (from receiving the order)

 For returns, you can choose one of the following two options:

  • Get a refund
  • Make an exchange

 

 Steps:

  • To authorize your return please e-mail us at info@bare-lydressed.com with your name, order number, return option, and reason for your return
  • Make sure everything is in the original form it was sent (tags must be on items)
  • Pack and ship out the package (or make an appointment to return in-store by e-mail)
  • Once the package has arrived and has been approved, we will process your refund (Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on the payment method)

 

Note: 

  • We do not refund the cost of shipping and the taxes applied on the shipping fees; nor do we refund additional duties and costs at the time of delivery
  • A refund will be made on the same method of payment used to place your order. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse any exchanges/ refunds that do not meet our policy (Customer will be responsible for shipping fees if an order has been refused for a refund)

 *Products must be in brand new condition*

 All items must have original tags and not be washed, worn, or damaged such as having fragrances, makeup, or deodorant stains. If so, the return may be rejected.

 -Customers are responsible for making sure La Boutique Bare-ly Dressed receives your return.

 Any items tagged at -20% off and higher are not refundable and are final sale

 Sale and promotion items are FINAL SALE no exceptions.

 All accessories sold at regular price, as well as items on sale, are final sale and cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Items

 If you receive a product from us that is damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize and ask you to please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@bare-lydressed.com.  Note that after 48 hours of receiving your order, we can no longer accommodate your claim.
